The Nelson Mandela University UPO values research and development and is thus committed to dedicating our time to research initiatives aimed at developing positive leaders, their organisations and employees.  We aim to assist leaders in creating positive organisations where all stakeholders operate in realising their true potential by bringing responsiveness, compassion, energy and an ethical moral compass into the workplace and their communities to augment positive engagement and performance excellence.
